2013: Logged time in four matches, totaling 72:38 in net…did not surrender a goal…made two saves against Cedarville (Sep. 28)…also had two stops against Alderson Broaddus (Oct. 10).

2012: Played 23:57 in goal in the 9-0 win at Florida College (Oct. 17)…stopped the only ball that was put on goal.

2011: Logged time in three matches, including 20:52 in goal against Geneva (Sept. 21)…stopped all three shots that were sent on goal in a 4-0 victory.

Parma Senior High School: Earned four year varsity letters and was the starting goalie all four seasons…played in 68 games and finished her career with 38 wins and 21 shutouts...was the team co-captain...two-time ‘Player of the Week’...four-time all-conference selection, including two first team nods...recognized as an All-Greater Cleveland selection four times…also earned three letters in basketball and was a co-captain…lettered once in softball.

Personal: Born March 18, 1993 in Parma, Ohio...daughter of Bob and Beverly Ponchak...sister of Jessica McDonald and Bobby Ponchak…intends to major in biology.
