GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Both teams opened up with one run each in the first inning, Barton scoring on Bogden's sacrifice hit.
  • In the third inning, the Storm saw a spell of errors by the Arrows to send in eight runs to lead 9-1.
  • The Arrows lit up the fourth inning with an amazing comeback, all nine Arrows getting a hit and eight of them scoring runs. On two at bats, Jaden Seay got two hits, scored two runs and one RBI. UC trailed just 11-13 going into the fifth.
  • Lake Erie saw five more runs in the fifth inning and before the Arrows put in their final two runs of the game from Vallejo and Dalton.

  • Christina Dalton had 5 hits on 8 at bats, 2 runs and 2 RBI's. She also tallied 6 put outs.
  • Bri Bowles had 14 put outs and put in two hits, one run and one RBI.
  • At Center Field, Jovanna Herrera had diving saves for a total of 6 put outs. She had three hits for the Arrows and 2 RBI's.
