Softball Takes Down Holy Family in Florida

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • The Arrows put themselves on the board first in the second inning when Jovanna Herrera doubled to center field, sending Josephine Horgan running home after reaching on a fielders choice.
  • The Tigers answered with one run in the third and two unearned runs in the fourth.
  • After a scoreless fifth inning, the Arrows went to bat in the bottom of the sixth. With two outs, Bogden stole a base and advanced on a passed ball to put herself on third.
  • A double from Jaden Seay sent her running home to earn a run for Bogden and an RBI for Seay.
  • Vallejo followed up with a single to secure two more runs for the Arrows from Seay and pinch-runner, Ashlee McClean.
