The Ursuline College swimming team defeated Alderson Broaddus 90-55 on Friday evening at a double dual meet hosted by Urbana University.
 
The Arrows got several strong performances on the evening against both the Battlers and the host Blue Knights.
 
In the 200 Medley Relay, the Arrows team of Abigail Fleming, Kristen Patrick, Emma Hastings and Sam Utterback took second with a finals time of 2:24.84.
 
In the 200-yard freestyle, Kelly Shantery took second in a time of 2:11.90 while in the 50-yard freestyle Jana Biss took second in a time of 27.61.
 
Shantery won the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:11.64 while Hastings and Patrick took third and fourth respectively in the 100-yard freestyle.
 
Maria Regas took second in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 6:06.94.
