The Ursuline College soccer team battled to a 1-1 tie on the road with Lake Erie College in the Great Midwest Opener on Saturday evening at Jack Britt Stadium.
 
Junior Jarah Froehlich scored the Arrows lone goal in the 14^th minute to make it 1-0 which stood up through the half.
 
Ursuline outshot Lake Erie 10-7 in the first half but the Storm would rally to tie the match in the 57^th minute on a goal from Holland Orb.
 
The Arrows held a 17-16 edge in total shots and each team finished the evening with 10 shots on goal.
 
Corner kicks were even at four a piece while each goalkeeper made nine saves.
 
Ursuline will return home next weekend to take on Tiffin on Friday afternoon and finish the weekend by hosting Findlay on Sunday afternoon.
