Box Score G-MAC Women's Soccer Tournament BracketThe Ursuline College soccer team advanced to the G-MAC Semi-Finals with a 4-2 win over the #6 seeded Alderson Broaddus Battlers on Saturday afternoon in Pepper Pike.

The Arrows (10-6-2, 8-4-2) offense wasted little time getting on the board when in the sixth minute of the contest senior Vanessa Consiglio connected with sophomore Steph Chlad who found the back of the net to make it 1-0.

In the 23
rd minute, Consiglio was on the receiving end of a beautifully played ball by sophomore Taylor Dackin that led to her 16
th goal of the season to make it 2-0 Ursuline.

Before the half, Alderson Broaddus (7-12, 6-8) got a goal from junior Chanel Nkounkou to cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 30
th minute.

Once again an attacking Arrows offense answered back three minutes later when Chlad picked up her second goal of the game this time on a pass from junior Cassie Cripe to put Ursuline in front by a two goal margin at 3-1.

Ursuline extended the lead to 4-1 when Cripe used a set-up from Consiglio to net her tenth goal of the season.

Alderson Broaddus battled until the end when freshman Alisa Tajdari scored in the 71
st minute to make it 4-2.

The Arrows outshot The Battlers 26-6 with 12 of their shots being on goal. Senior goalkeeper Taylor Garcia notched eight saves while junior Helen Jazzar had one save on six shots faced.

Ursuline will advanced to the G-MAC Semi-Finals on Thursday, November 5
th against #2 Kentucky Wesleyan. The match will be played Davis & Elkins College and is scheduled to kick off at 1:30pm.

The Arrows and Panthers spilt the season series 1-1 with each team winning on their home field. Ursuline is making their fourth straight appearance in the G-MAC Semi-Finals.Â
