It was Consiglio's 12th goal of the year and ran her total to 40 points. As of mid-week, the junior from Milton, Ontario, Canada was the Division II leader in points scored. Of all she has done this season - and she has done a lot - Saturday's goal might have been her most important contribution of the season.
The Arrows improved to 12-3 overall and 7-1 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. With 21 points, Ursuline controls its own destiny to win the regular season crown and host the G-MAC's postseason tournament Nov. 6-8.
Cedarville is now 8-5-1 overall and 3-4-1 in the G-MAC. It was CU's first loss since falling to the Arrows 2-0 in Pepper Pike on Sep. 27. Ursuline has beat the Yellow Jackets in four of seven meetings since the start of the 2012 season.
Sophomore Helen Jazzar made five saves to earn her fifth complete game shutout this year. Saturday was the eighth time Ursuline has blanked an opponent. Jazzar's counterpart Hanna Harris was credited with seven saves.
The Arrows have one final road trip left this regular season and that will start on Thursday (Oct. 23) with a match at
Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, Kentucky. That contest will start at 8:00 p.m. Eastern / 7:00 p.m. Central and will be covered with

When the Arrows and Panthers got together in Pepper Pike on Sep. 18, Ursuline prevailed 2-0.
