Ursuline College Athletics

The Ursuline College golf team played eight rounds in the month of April and Rotondo had at least a share of the top score on the team five times while averaging 85.6 strokes per round.

She finished third at the Thiel College Invitational (April 6) to help the Arrows win their third team title of the season. The rookie from Wickliffe, Ohio, followed that up with another third place finish at the Battle of the Northeast (April 12).

Rotondo went on to take eighth of 74 participants at Ohio Wesleyan’s Laura Bump Invitational (April 13-14), thanks in large part to the 77 she carded in the second round. She led the Ohio Northern University Invitational (April 19-20) wire-to-wire with a 27-hole score of 125 and closed the year by tying for fifth at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships while qualifying for the all-conference team.
